To ensure the app works properly in the background without interruptions, you must follow these exact instructions on your child's phone.
First, you need to create your account on this website (Parent Panel).
Before downloading and installing the app, you MUST disable Google Play Protect on the child's phone.
Now that Play Protect is disabled, proceed to install:
Open the installed application on the child's phone.
The app will ask for permissions as part of the setup. It is mandatory to configure these properly, otherwise the app will stop working in the background.
Required: You must Turn this ON. Without this, the remote Camera and Video features will not run at all.
Required: This is highly essential. If not enabled, the background Camera, Video, Keylogger, and other core features can randomly stop working.
⚠️ Android 13/14/15/16 Note: If you see a "Restricted Setting" grey popup:
Go to phone Settings > Apps > Click on the Application > Click the 3 dots (⋮) top-right > Allow restricted settings > Enter phone lock. Then go back and enable Accessibility.
Required: You must allow Auto-Start. If you don't turn this on, the application will completely stop working in the background when the child closes it.
Required: Set the Battery Saver or Optimization setting strictly to Unrestricted / No Restrictions so the phone's system doesn't kill the app automatically.
Required: To ensure the app remains completely hidden, go to phone settings, open the app info, and Turn OFF all notifications.
If the app does not hide completely on your child's phone and you feel that the child might uninstall the application, you should activate Device Administrator during setup. This prevents the child from easily uninstalling the app.

📋 The 3-dot menu will look like this:
💡 Tip: You only need to do this ONCE. After allowing restricted settings, all three permissions will work normally.
