FamToolApp provides a 3-hour complimentary trial. This is a one-time trial to experience our premium features. After the 3-hour period expires, a subscription plan must be purchased to continue monitoring. If no subscription is purchased within 3 hours, your account and all associated device data will be permanently deleted without any prior notification.

To uphold the highest standards of data security, our system enforces strict automated deletion policies:

1. Trial Expiry: Accounts failing to purchase a subscription plan within 3 hours of registration will be permanently deleted without any notification.
2. 7-Day Inactivity: If any user (free or paid) does not log into their account for 7 consecutive days, the account will be permanently deleted by our algorithm system — without any prior warning or notification. This applies to all plans including paid subscriptions.
3. App Uninstalled: If the application is uninstalled from the child/target device and the parent or employer does not reinstall it, the account may be permanently deleted without notice.
4. No Device Added: If a user creates an account but fails to pair any child device within 24 hours of registration, the dormant account will be deleted automatically.
5. Unverified Email: Accounts created with fake, unreachable, or unverified email addresses may be permanently terminated at any time without prior warning.

Note: Account deletion under these policies is final. No refunds, data recovery, or account restoration requests will be processed.

FamToolApp uses advanced safety features that require specific permissions to function correctly. Because it's a powerful guidance tool not available on the Play Store, Google Play Protect may sometimes flag it. Adjusting the settings temporarily during installation ensures that the app can be installed and set up correctly without interference.

Absolutely. Your security is paramount. All data is protected by end-to-end encryption. The only way to access the activity data is by logging into your parent dashboard with your unique email and password. No one else, including our staff, can view your data.

Yes, you can add and manage multiple children's devices under a single parent account. Simply repeat the installation process on each new device using your existing login credentials. You can then switch between devices from your dashboard.

The app is designed to automatically restart after the phone reboots. If the internet connection is lost, the app will continue to collect data locally. Once the internet connection is restored, it will upload all the collected data to your dashboard.

Yes. For the app to function correctly and provide all safety features, it is crucial to grant all requested permissions during the setup process. Failing to do so will result in certain features not working or the app failing to report data. Our system may even close the account if the setup is incomplete.

This can sometimes happen if the phone's operating system or a battery-saving app closes FamToolApp. Please ensure that you have followed all installation steps, especially disabling battery optimization for our app on the target device. If the problem persists, please contact our support team.

Yes. You can delete your child's profile directly from your parent dashboard. When you initiate this, our system automatically and permanently deletes all associated data from our servers. After deletion, you can safely uninstall the application from your child's device.
