Please read these terms carefully before using our service. Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, downloading, or using the FamToolApp service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FamToolApp provides a software application designed to be used as a parental guidance tool. It allows parents and legal guardians to review the activities on a mobile device belonging to their minor child, for whom they have legal responsibility. The service is intended to promote digital safety and facilitate responsible guidance.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Legal and Ethical Use Policy

You explicitly agree to use the FamToolApp Service only for legal and ethical purposes. The Service is designed for and may only be used for:

  • Parental Guidance: By parents or legal guardians to review the activities of their own minor children.
  • Employee Guidance: By employers to review the activities on company-owned devices, provided the employee has given explicit, written consent.
  • Consentual Adult Review: On a device owned by another consenting adult, where that adult has been fully informed and has given clear, unambiguous consent.

You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws regarding the use of such software. You must inform any person whose device you intend to use the Service on about the presence of the software.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, unethical, or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Installing the software on a device that you do not own or for which you do not have proper legal authorization.
  • Using the Service to harass, abuse, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights of others.
  • Collecting or storing personal data about other individuals without their express consent.
  • Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the software.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account and may subject you to civil and criminal penalties.

6. Termination and Account Deletion

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, under several conditions to maintain our platform's security and quality of service:

  • Trial Expiration: All accounts receive a strict 3-hour complimentary trial period. If a valid subscription plan is not purchased within 3 hours of account creation, the account and all connected device data will be permanently deleted without any prior notification. No extensions or exceptions will be granted.
  • 7-Day Inactivity Auto-Deletion: If any user — whether on a free trial, active paid subscription, or any plan — fails to log into their account for a continuous period of 7 (seven) days, our automated algorithm system will permanently and irreversibly delete the account along with all associated data, without any prior notification or warning. This policy applies equally to all account types regardless of payment status.
  • Application Uninstallation: If the FamToolApp application is uninstalled from the child's/target device (whether by the child, device owner, or any third party) and the parent/employer does not reinstall the application within a reasonable timeframe, FamToolApp reserves the right to permanently delete the associated account without any notification. An uninstalled app renders the service non-functional, and dormant accounts will be cleaned up by our system.
  • No Device Added: Accounts registered without pairing any child device within the first 24 hours are considered dormant and will be automatically deleted.
  • Unverified Email: Accounts registered under fake, unreachable, or unverified email addresses may be permanently deleted at our sole discretion without warning.
  • Terms Violation: Including, without limitation, a breach of these Terms, illegal usage, or improper authorization statuses on child devices.

Important: Account deletion under these policies is final and irreversible. No refunds, data recovery, or account restoration requests will be entertained. It is the user's sole responsibility to maintain active login sessions and ensure the application remains installed on the target device.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also voluntarily terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your dashboard.

7. Data Security, Encryption & Zero-Storage Policy

FamToolApp operates on a Zero-Storage Architecture. We do not permanently retain any user activity data on our servers. The security of your data is enforced by system design, not just policy.

  • End-to-End Encryption: All data collected from the child's device is encrypted using Android-level AES-256 encryption before transmission. This data cannot be read, intercepted, or decrypted by any third party — including FamToolApp staff and engineers.
  • Basic Plan — Automatic 3-Day Purge: For Basic plan subscribers, all activity data is automatically and permanently deleted after 3 days. No copies or backups are retained on our servers.
  • Gold & Platinum Plans — User-Controlled Deletion: Gold and Platinum plan users have full authority to manually delete data from their dashboard at any time and can download backups before deletion. Once removed, data is permanently erased from our servers.
  • Absolute No-Sharing Policy: Your data is never sold, shared, rented, or transferred to any third party, advertiser, data broker, or analytics company — under any circumstances whatsoever.
  • Zero Breach Risk: Because we do not permanently store activity data, the risk of data leaks or breaches is effectively zero. Even in the hypothetical event of a server compromise, no user activity data would be exposed — it simply does not exist on our infrastructure beyond the short retention window.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for downloading and backing up any data you wish to retain before the automatic deletion cycle removes it.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FamToolApp, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. You agree that you are solely responsible for any damages resulting from your use or misuse of the Service.
