At FamToolApp ("we", "our"), the privacy of you and your family is our highest priority. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
FamToolApp is designed to provide parents with a parental guidance tool for their children's safety. By the nature of the service, the application collects the following types of information from the child's device and transmits it to the parent's secure panel:
- Personal Identifiers: Device name, user name.
- Location Data: Real-time GPS coordinates and location history.
- Communication Logs: SMS messages (incoming and outgoing), call logs.
- Multimedia Files: Photos and videos stored on the device.
- App Activity: Keystroke data (typed characters) and notifications from various apps, including social media.
- Device Information: Device model, OS version, and other technical details.
2. Data Security and Encryption
We take the security of your data extremely seriously. Our security measures are ironclad:
Impenetrable End-to-End Encryption
All data traveling from the child's device to our servers and then to your parent panel is secured using state-of-the-art end-to-end encryption. This data exists in an encrypted state that cannot be intercepted, read, or recorded by anyone in between.
Unique Decryption Key
This encrypted data is only decrypted when you, the parent, log into your account with your correct email and password. Your login credential is the sole key that transforms this data into a viewable format. No one else, including FamToolApp employees, can view this data.
No Third-Party Sharing
We never sell, rent, or share any of your personal or collected information with any third parties. Your data is for your use only. Our business model is not based on selling your privacy.
3. How We Use Your Information
The information collected is used solely for the following purposes:
- To provide you with our parental guidance services, allowing you to review your child's activities.
- To improve, maintain, and secure our services.
- To send you important updates, security alerts, and support messages.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We enforce strict data retention policies to uphold your privacy:
- Automatic Deletion: To maximize security and privacy, all collected data stored on our servers is automatically and permanently deleted every seven (7) days.
- Real-Time Account Deletion: If you choose to delete or close your child's account from your dashboard, our algorithm immediately removes all encrypted data associated with that account from our servers in real-time. No residual copies are kept.
5. Account Management and Automated Deletion Policies
To ensure the integrity, security, and optimized performance of our platform, the following strict account management policies apply:
- 3-Hour Trial Expiration: We offer a one-time 3-hour free trial per registered user/device. If a subscription plan is not purchased within this 3-hour window, the account and all associated device data will be permanently deleted from our servers without any prior notification. No data recovery is possible after deletion.
- 7-Day Inactivity Auto-Deletion: If any user — regardless of account type (free trial, paid subscription, or any active plan) — does not log into their account for a continuous period of 7 (seven) days, our automated system algorithm will permanently and irreversibly delete the account and all associated device data without any prior warning or notification. This policy ensures platform security and data minimization compliance.
- Application Uninstallation: If the FamToolApp application is uninstalled from the target/child device by any party (including the child or device user) and the parent or account holder does not reinstall the application within a reasonable period, FamToolApp reserves the right to permanently delete the account and all collected data without notification. Uninstalled applications cannot transmit data, rendering the account dormant.
- No Device Paired: If an account is created but no child device is connected or active within 24 hours of registration, the dormant account will be subject to immediate and permanent deletion.
- Unverified Email Addresses: Any account registered using a fake, unreachable, or unverified email address is a security risk. Such accounts may be permanently terminated at our sole discretion, at any time, without prior warning.
- Permission Failure: If required permissions are revoked or not granted correctly on the child's device, our system may be unable to provide the service safely and could close the account.
- Inactivity Policy: If a parent does not log into their account for an extended period, the inactive account and its data may be permanently deleted.
Notice: All automated deletions are final and irreversible. Users are solely responsible for maintaining regular login activity and ensuring the application remains installed on the target device. No refunds or data restoration will be provided for accounts deleted under these policies.
6. Data Security, Encryption & Zero-Storage Architecture
FamToolApp is built on a Zero-Storage Architecture — meaning we do not permanently retain any user activity data on our servers. Your privacy is not just a promise; it is enforced by our system design.
- End-to-End Encryption: All data transmitted between the child's device and the parent dashboard is protected by Android-level end-to-end encryption (AES-256). This data is unreadable to any third party — including our own engineers and staff. No one can intercept, decode, or access your data at any point during transmission or storage.
- Basic Plan — 3-Day Auto-Purge: For users on the Basic plan, all collected activity data is automatically and permanently deleted from our servers after 3 days. No copies, backups, or residual data are retained beyond this period.
- Gold & Platinum Plans — Manual Delete & Backup: Users on Gold and Platinum plans have full control over their data. You can manually delete any data at any time from your parent dashboard, and you also have the option to download a backup before deletion. Once deleted from the dashboard, the data is permanently removed from our servers with zero recovery possibility.
- No Data Selling or Sharing: FamToolApp does not sell, share, trade, rent, or transfer any user data to any third party — under any circumstances. We have no advertising partners, data brokers, or analytics companies that receive your information.
- Zero Server Retention: Since we do not permanently store data on our servers, the risk of data breaches or leaks is effectively eliminated. Even in the unlikely event of a server compromise, there would be no user activity data to expose — because it simply does not exist on our servers beyond the short retention window.
Our Commitment: Your child's safety data belongs to you — and only you. We provide the tools; you own the data. When it's gone from your dashboard, it's gone from everywhere.
7. Legal Requirements and Responsible Use
FamToolApp is intended for legal and ethical purposes only, such as parental guidance of your own children for whom you are the legal guardian. It is the user's responsibility to comply with all applicable laws in their country regarding the use of such software. You must inform the owner of the device that their activities are being reviewed for safety purposes.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
